IT-Planet is een gespecialiseerd informatica projectsourcing bedrijf, gelegen te Gent. We zijn actief bij diverse grote klanten over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel in volgende ICT-domeinen: Application Development, Infrastructure Services & Software Testing. Om ons team van 180 medewerkers te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een **Program Test Manager** om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in **Brussel**.

Functie
- Dagelijkse coördinatie van de testactiviteiten van het programma
- Definiëren en opvolgen van globale teststrategie toegepast binnen het programma en door de verschillende productteams met ondersteuning van Centre Of Excellence (CoE) IT Testing.
- Verzamelen van testactiviteiten die worden toegepast binnen elk productteam dat het programma ondersteunt en ervoor zorgen dat ze voldoen aan interne procedures, beleid en governance documenten.
- Coördineren en ondersteunen van functionele, systeem-, integratie
- en regressietests.
- Coördineren van user acceptance testing (UAT) / end to end (E2E) testplan voor go-live.
- Ervoor zorgen dat alle systeeminterfaces en functionele specificaties worden uitgeoefend als onderdeel van de ingangscriteria voor end-to-end testen.
- Probleemrapporten en -oplossingen (PRR's) opstellen + projectmanagers regelmatig bijpraten
- Beoordelen en evalueren van de volledigheid van testplannen en andere testgerelateerde documentatie en feedback geven aan de IT-programmacoördinator en producteigenaren
- Identificeren en beschrijven van geschikte testtechnieken om efficiënte testoplossingen te bieden
- Nauw samenwerken met de CoE IT Testing om de verschillende testpraktijken op elkaar af te stemmen
- De productteams op testgebied coachen, begeleiden en assisteren bij het vervullen van hun opdrachten

Functie-eisen
- Ten minste 5 jaar ervaring als project
- of testmanager
- Goede kennis van testmethodologieën
- Uitgebreide analytische, probleemoplossende, coördinerende en opvolgende vaardigheden
- Je kunt gemakkelijk communiceren met IT-teams over technische en ontwerpzaken.
- Je hebt een analytische geest en goede organisatorische vaardigheden.
- Gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid en ownership van alle projecten
- Zeer sterke ALM-kennis
- Kennis van volgende technische aspecten zou van grote waarde zijn:

- Testautomatisering. (= RobotFramework)
- Web services, REST API en gebruik van XML en JSON bestanden.
- Basiskennis van.NET en SQL
- Ervaring om te werken binnen een Agile/Scrum team.
- In staat om teststrategie, testplan, testgevallen, testrapport, testscripts en testautomatisering te ontwikkelen.
- IT mind-set: gemakkelijk kunnen leren en aanpassen aan nieuwe technische omgevingen en/of nieuwe tools.
- Kennis van EN is een must (alle teksten worden in het Engels geschreven en de standaardtaal van het team is Engels).
- Kennis van FR en/of NL is een waardevolle troef.
