Learning & Development Advisor - Technical Skills

Binnen de afdeling HR is Infrabel Academy verantwoordelijk voor de opleiding en de permanente ontwikkeling van alle medewerkers van Infrabel. **Om het team "Technical Skills" te versterken zijn we op zoek naar een Learning & Development Advisor. Als Learning & Development Advisor heb je als voornaamste opdracht je interne klanten te ondersteunen, begeleiden en challengen teneinde opleidingsprojecten te ontwikkelen en uit te voeren met de bedoeling de medewerk(st)ers van Infrabel te ondersteunen bij het uitvoeren van hun taken.**
Je beheert opleidingsprojecten van A tot Z (vanaf de analyse van de behoeften tot en met de ontwikkeling van het cursusmateriaal) om technische opleidingstrajecten te ontwikkelen:
**De opleidings
- en ontwikkelingsbehoeften analyseren**
- Je analyseert ontwikkelingsbehoeften en -aanvragen, challenget en adviseert interne klanten over hun aanvraag, ontwikkelt voorstellen voor opleidingstrajecten of -projecten, stelt gezamenlijke of individuele oplossingen voor teneinde medewerk(st)ers van de nodige middelen te voorzien om hun taken efficiënt en veilig te kunnen uitvoeren.
**Het leer
- en ontwikkelingstraject bepalen**
- Je werkt samen met de interne klant de opleiding uit door de scope, de doelgroep, het verwachte rendement en de te gebruiken methodologie te bepalen teneinde ervoor te zorgen dat de doelstellingen worden bereikt.
- Je organiseert en neemt deel aan werkgroepen met de verschillende actoren die zowel intern als extern plaatsvinden, teneinde de inhoud van de opleidingen te bepalen.
- Je levert een creatieve en innovatieve oplossing (cursus, film, e-learning,...) die beantwoordt aan de behoeften van de interne klanten door een efficiënte dienstverlening te verzekeren overeenkomstig de deadlines en kwaliteitseisen van de organisatie.
**Planning en coördinatie projecten**
- Je stelt de planning op voor de ontwikkeling van nieuwe projecten. Je zorgt voor de coördinatie en de opvolging van het project. Je stemt met de verschillende (zowel interne en/of externe) betrokken partijen af over de verantwoordelijkheden, de planning, de communicatie over het project, de evaluaties en de "deliverables".
**Permanent leren**
- Via de contacten met het terrein ontwikkel je je technische competenties en blijf je op de hoogte van de laatste wijzigingen op het vlak van regelgeving en van de nieuwste technologieën.
- Je blijft voortdurend op de hoogte van evoluties en ontwikkelingen binnen je domein, je ontwikkelt je kennis met betrekking tot de activiteiten van je entiteit en hebt aandacht voor alle relevante informatie teneinde een dienstverlening te verzekeren die permanent gebaseerd is op geactualiseerde kennis en te anticiperen op marktontwikkelingen.
**JOUW PROFIEL**:
- Je hebt een **masterdiploma **of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt **ervaring in het coördineren en het beheer van opleidingsprojecten.**:
- Je hebt **pedagogische ervaring **en je bent vertrouwd met de opleidingssector, en je bent in staat om een traject uit te werken op basis van de vragen en behoeften.
- Je bent bereid je te verdiepen in de boeiende wereld van **spoorwegtechniek.**:
- Je spreekt vlot **Nederlands **of **Frans **en hebt een goede kennis van de andere taal.
- Je luistert naar de verwachtingen van de betrokken partijen en werkt samen in team om de beste resultaten te behalen.
- Je bent **zelfstandig, assertief** en hebt veel overtuigingskracht. Je hebt zin voor **initiatief**.
- Je bent **analytisch **ingesteld en je bent in staat een visie te formuleren. Je beschikt over een flinke dosis **creativiteit**.
- Je bent sterk in het beheren van projecten. Je werkt op een georganiseerde en gestructureerde manier om de projecten nauwgezet op te volgen.
