Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de afdeling Building Infrastructure & Energy, de afdeling die instaat voor het technisch beheer van de hoofd
- en regionale zetelgebouwen van Belfius.

Je rapporteert aan de Head of Building & Facility Management.

**De job in een notendop**

Je bent samen met je team verantwoordelijk voor het technisch beheer van de hoofd
- en regionale zetelgebouwen (+/ m2), verspreid over Vlaanderen, Brussel en Wallonië.

Je bepaalt de nodige budgetten en investeringen en volgt nauwgezet de forecast op om binnen het voorziene financiële kader te blijven. Je definieert en implementeert voor je domein een toekomstvisie (korte en lange termijn), rekening houdend met de ambities van Belfius op vlak van gebouwenstrategie, workplace en ESG. Je neemt de eindverantwoordelijkheid in infrastructuurprojecten (renovatie, herinrichting, etc). Zowel in het beheer als in de projectmodus waak je erover dat het luik energie steeds primair geplaatst wordt.

Je stuurt een team aan bestaande uit een 20-tal personen, waaronder ingenieurs, gebouwbeheerders en technici en zorgt voor de nodige coaching. Je relationele bekwaamheden en onderhandelingstalent laten je toe opbouwend en toekomstgericht samen te werken met interne en externe stakeholders.

**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.

Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:

- een diploma Burgerlijk of Industrieel ingenieur, bij voorkeur optie gebouwtechnieken of bouwkunde
- minimum 5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie
- een gedreven kennis van technische installaties (HVAC, elektriciteit, etc)
- goede communicatieve vaardigheden en presentatie-skills

Bovendien ben je:

- dynamisch, ondernemend en klantgericht
- resultaatgericht, analytisch en efficiënt
- in staat een innovatieve visie te ontwikkelen en deze te vertalen naar werkbare doelstellingen en indicatoren
- een teamspeler, assertief, communicatief sterk, proactief en stressbestendig
- tweetalig N/F, goede kennis van het Engels
