Description
Take care of managing the administration of various general IP services. Provide assistance to lawyers and Paralegals by creating and maintaining relevant documents for their activities. Ensure deadlines for all IP files are met regarding applications, renewals, searches, oppositions, watches, and other administrative IP matters, such as:
- Researching and preparing advice and responses in collaboration with the Attorney
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail related to Attorneys' files
- Corresponding with agents and official authorities
- Verifying databases and official documents for accuracy
- Regularly handling invoicing
- Participating in IP training and staying updated
- Working efficiently to meet deadlines
- Preparing translations, reports, letters, and price offers
- Adhering to guidelines and principles
- Taking part in internal projects
Profile
- Minimum of a master's or bachelor's degree
- Some experience in IP preferred
- Proficiency in French, Dutch, and English
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and efficient
- Energetic, solution-focused, and team-oriented
- Client-centric, proactive, and service-oriented
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
- Keen on learning and self-improvement
