A&M Group, met hoofdzetel in Hasselt, is een van de grootste dealergroepen in België. De groep omvat 33 vestigingen en 58 showrooms in Limburg, Vlaams-Brabant en Antwerpen, goed voor 860 jobs. Naast de zes merken van de VW-groep - **Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, Seat, Cupra** en VW Bedrijfsvoertuigen - worden ook de merken **BMW** en **Mini** verdeeld. Ook **Jaguar** en **Land Rover** zitten in de portefeuille, met vestigingen in Hasselt en Maastricht, en recent werd hier **Porsche **Paal aan toegevoegd. Vorig jaar verkocht A&M Group meer dan nieuwe voertuigen.

Om ons HR Team te vervolledigen zijn wij op zoek naar een **TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST**.

**Functie**:

- Jij bent een enthousiaste netwerker die voor onze vacatures de juiste kandidaten zoekt, motiveert en selecteert.
- Samen met het A&M Marketing Team bouw je aan onze employer branding, werk je rekruteringscampagnes uit en verzorg jij onze arbeidsmarktcommmunicatie.
- Met jouw energie en organisatietalent breng jij projecten tot een goed einde en boek je resultaat. Daarnaast houd jij jouw stakeholders op de hoogte van de voortgang van aanwervingsprocedures, campagnes en projecten.
- Door middel van correcte administratie, regelmatige rapporteringen en feilloze opvolging van de kandidaten zorg jij voor een vlotte communicatie en feedback.
- Je onderhoudt de contacten met oa VDAB en opleidingsinstanties om zo kansen te geven aan stagestudenten en groeiprofielen om hun passie bij A&M Group verder te ontplooien.
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de HR Director en werkt nauw samen met de HR Business Partners, hiring managers en ons Payroll Team.

**Profiel**:

- Je genoot een hogere opleiding en bouwde een expertise op in Talent Acquisition
- Je haalt je energie uit interessante gesprekken, tovert aantrekkelijke vacatureteksten uit je pen en legt met plezier de _extra mile_ af voor jouw stakeholders
- Als persoon ben je matuur, integer, enthousiast, weet je van aanpakken en pik je zaken snel op.
- Je bent een creatieve, gedreven teamplayer en werkt proactief en resultaatgericht waarbij je eveneens de nodige flexibiliteit en stressbestendigheid aan de dag legt
- Je bent een vlotte communicator, nauwkeurig en bouwt mee aan het duurzame HR beleid van onze groep
- Je staat dicht bij de business en kandidaten en bent bereid om, waar nodig, je te verplaatsen naar onze diverse locaties.
