Fonction:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive development efforts by implementing new features, resolving bugs, and providing thirdline support.
  • Build, deploy, and maintain pipelines to streamline our development process.
  • Mentor and coach a team of developers, guiding them to excellence in their daytoday activities.
  • Define development standards and best practices, continuously improving the technical skills of the team.
  • Ensure documentation is uptodate and consistent, providing technical guidance and governance.
Lead peer reviews and contribute to release documentation consolidation.

Profil:

Skills and Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Software Developer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and testdriven development.
  • Strong technical skills in JAVA, including frameworks/systems like Spring, Maven, and Hibernate.
  • Experience with web services or microservices design.
  • Familiarity with SQL databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and RESTful APIs.
  • Knowledge of GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Excellent command of English, with proficiency in French or Dutch preferred.
  • Outofthebox thinking, fast selflearning skills, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment, with strong problemsolving and coaching abilities.
