Uitwerken van advies in Pensioen en Risicodekkingen voor zelfstandigen en voor de loontrekkenden in bedrijven. U adviseert optimalisatie van het remuneratiepakket.
Met het team geeft u technische en commerciële ondersteuning aan de consultants.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
In samenwerking met je interne en externe collega's, gaat u:
- Inwinnen en verifiëren van informatie dat nodig is voor de studie
- Analyseren van de huidige situatie en voorstellen maken voor verbetering in een actieplan, met een begrijpbare, duidelijke, originele en gepersonaliseerde aanpak
- Voorbereiden van rapporten en presentaties bestemd voor de beslissingnemers en uiteindelijke begunstigden van de studies
Deelnemen aan specifieke projectgroepen, die u zelf kunt voorstellen en initiëren.
In het kader van uw opdrachten, kunt u gevraagd worden bepaalde klanten te ontmoeten en de consultants te ondersteunen in hun benadering van de klanten.
**Het profiel**:
- U beschikt over een bachelor of masterdiploma
- U heeft genoten van opleiding in verzekeringen en/of fiscaliteit of een andere opleiding met bijzondere aandacht voor cijfers
- Ideaal beschikt u over professionele kennis in verzekeringen type Employee Benefits
- U gaat vlot om met de verwerking van cijfers
- U heeft een geboren gevoel voor analyse
- U communiceert open en duidelijk
- U bent nieuwsgierig van aard en wenst continu te leren
- U bent een Team Player
- Klantgerichtheid zit in uw DNA
- U bent vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goeie begrip van het Frans. Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt
- In Excel bent u een EXPERT
