As Clinical Supply Chain Documentation Specialist, you will be working with a well versed and driven service team providing service requests to the Clinical Supply Chain Department.
You will be responsible for:
- Editing, creating and followingup on documents in the documentation system
- Creating and followingup Change Controls and Quality Investigations
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Facilitating initiation, maintaining overview and following up on annual or final quality reviews
- Participating actively in team and client meetings.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor degree in Office Management/Business Management or equivalent by experience.
- A first administrative work experience is a plus.
- An interest for pharmaceutical sciences in an asset.
- Outstanding written and communication skills in English. Dutch is nice to have.
- Excellent computer & software skills (able to learn to work with different tools and document management systems).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Showing initiative, assertiveness in followup of requests, proactive approach
- Accurate and Detail oriented.
- Team player mentality, but with the capacity to work independently.
