Select Projects is op zoek naar een nieuwe collega die aan de slag wil gaan als Supply Chain Support bij een farmaceutisch bedrijf in Beerse. Je zal deel uitmaken van het Clinical Distribution team. Ze staan in voor het tijdig leveren van klinische medicatie aan patiënten die deelnemen aan klinische studies wereldwijd.

Je zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor o.a.:

- Opzetten en opvolgen van klinische studies van A tot Z in de computersystemen
- Coördineren van de levering van de orders
- Nakomen van vooropgestelde doelstellingen en deadlines
- Meewerken aan projecten en optimalisaties binnen het team
- Volgen van GMP- en VGM (SHE)-procedures
- Samenwerken met verschillende partijen bv. magazijn, trial supply afdeling, planners, productie,...

Profiel

Als Supply Chain Support heb/ben je:

- Graduaatsdiploma of professionele bachelor bv. bedrijfsmanagement, supply chain management, transport en logistiek,...
- Eerste relevante werkervaring in een gelijkaardige functie binnen de farmaceutische of logistieke sector
- Kennis van GMP- en VGM-richtlijnen
- Zeer goede kennis van Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint,...) en SAP
- Zeer goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels
- Flexibel
- Klantgericht
- Organisatorisch sterk

- Eén dag per week thuiswerken is mogelijk na een inwerkperiode
