**La fonction**
- Vous identifiez et évaluez les opportunités de développement de produits et services dans le secteur de l'assurance (Auto, habitation, assistance voyage,..), tant sur base des analyses de Test-Achats que des attentes des consommateurs. Vous en assurez l'implémentation, la promotion et le suivi des résultats.
- Afin de fournir une expérience optimale aux consommateurs, vous développez les partenariats nécessaires avec les acteurs du marché les plus pertinents, en veillant à toujours préserver l'indépendance de l'organisation. Vous en négociez les contrats avec le support de nos juristes.
- Vous mettez en place des actions ponctuelles qui proposent aux consommateurs une réelle valeur ajoutée (groupement d'achat, conditions avantageuses sur un produit ou service « maître-achat »,)
- Vous effectuez un suivi permanent des résultats (taux de pénétration, satisfaction des utilisateurs,) ainsi que le reporting.
- Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec d'autres départements internes (BT, marketing,..) pour atteindre vos objectifs.
**Profil recherché**
- Vous disposez d'une bonne formation à orientation économique et/ou juridique.
- Vous disposez d'une expérience professionnelle d'au moins 5 ans dans le domaine de l'assurance auprès d'une compagnie d'assurance (en Product Development), ou auprès d'un intermédiaire (courtier ou agent).
- Vous disposez de l'agrément FSMA et remplissez les conditions pour être responsable de la distribution.
- Vous avez une excellent connaissance du marché de l'assurance (produits non vie).
- Vous êtes bilingue (NL, FR) et disposez de bonnes connaissances de l'anglais
- Vous êtes curieux, créatif et proposez volontiers des solutions innovantes
- Vous êtes un bon communicateur et négociateur.
- Vous êtes proactif, organisé et orienté résultats.
- Vous appréciez travailler en équipe.
- Vous placez les intérêts et la satisfaction des consommateurs au cœur de votre travail.

Op het gebied van verzekeringen werk je actief mee aan de ontwikkeling van onze producten, diensten, voordelen en diverse acties met een hoge toegevoegde waarde voor de consument, in lijn met de missie van onze organisatie.
**Je functie**:
- U identificeert en evalueert mogelijkheden voor de ontwikkeling van producten en diensten in de verzekeringssector (auto, woning, reisbijstand, enz.), zowel op basis van de analyses van Test-Aankoop als op basis van de verwachtingen van de consument. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie, promotie en opvolging van de resultaten.
- Met het oog op een optimale consumentenervaring ontwikkel je de nodige partnerships met de meest relevante marktspelers, waarbij je er steeds voor zorgt dat de onafhankelijkheid van de organisatie bewaard blijft. Je onderhandelt contracten met de steun van onze juristen.
- Je zet specifieke acties op die de consument een echte meerwaarde bieden (groepsaankoop, voordelige voorwaarden op een product of dienst, enz.)
- Je zorgt voor een permanente opvolging van de resultaten (penetratiegraad, gebruikerstevredenheid, enz.) en rapporteert.
- U werkt nauw samen met andere interne afdelingen (BT, marketing, enz.) om uw doelstellingen te bereiken.
**Je profiel**:
- Je hebt een goede economische en/of juridische achtergrond.
- U hebt minstens 5 jaar beroepservaring in de verzekeringssector bij een verzekeringsmaatschappij (in productontwikkeling) of bij een tussenpersoon (makelaar of agent).
- U beschikt over een FSMA-erkenning en voldoet aan de vereisten om verantwoordelijk te zijn voor de distributie.
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van de verzekeringsmarkt (schadeproducten).
- Je bent tweetalig (NL, FR) en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
- Je bent nieuwsgierig, creatief en bereid om innovatieve oplossingen voor te stellen
