**Functie**:
- Opstellen van risicoanalyses
- Uitvoeren van administratieve taken binnen de HSE-afdeling
- Opvolgen van het afvalregister en de veiligheidsinformatiebladen
- Helpen bij de implementatie van nieuwe veiligheidsvoorschriften
- Uitvoeren van veiligheidscontroles op de datasites
- Bewaken en rapporteren van de HSE aspecten binnen de afdeling Operations; actief aanjagen van maatregelen ter voorkoming van incidenten/ongevallen
- Identificeren en voorbereiden van verbeteringsprogramma's met betrekking tot HSE
- Inspecteren van apparatuur en machines om mogelijke onveilige omstandigheden te observeren
- Ongevallen of incidenten onderzoeken om de oorzaken te achterhalen
- Aanbevelingen doen voor oplossingen, verbetermogelijkheden of nieuwe preventiemaatregelen
- Technische ondersteuning/begeleiding bieden aan teams die ongevallen/incidenten onderzoeken
- Medeverantwoordelijk voor het handhaven van de relevante certificeringen
- Toezicht houden op de naleving van beleid en wetgeving door het inspecteren van werknemers en activiteiten
- Controleren van beleid, procedures en werkinstructies
- Coachen / instrueren / motiveren van medewerkers om volgens de afgesproken richtlijnen te werken
- Ondersteuning bieden bij interne of externe audits

**Profiel en vaardigheden**:
- Je spreekt en schrijft **vlot Nederlands en Engels**:
- **Enkele jaren ervaring als preventieadviseur niveau 3** (met eventueel interesse in behalen van niveau 2)
- Je bent administratief sterk en je kan vlot met **Excel** werken
- Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring in een coördinerende functie in een industriële omgeving
- Je hebt een sterke wiskundige en statististische kennis
- Je hebt uitstekende interpersoonlijke vaardigheden, gemakkelijke communicator met alle niveaus van het bedrijf, personeel en klanten
