In het
**COO Office team **voeren we
**transversale actieplannen **met als doel
**operationele efficiëntie**. Dat zijn uiterst zichtbare thema's die bijdragen tot het OPS
**strategisch plan 24-26**. De COO office rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de COO en het directiecomité van AXA Belgium. Het team werkt nauw samen met alle departementen Operations ('OPS'), die ~1500 medewerkers vertegenwoordigen.

We zijn op zoek naar een dynamisch en pragmatisch profiel om
**de**
**uitvoering van het strategisch plan **in de verschillende OPS-departementen
**in goede banen te leiden **en een
**kader voor**
**business process management **binnen AXA Belgium uit te werken.

Dat profiel rapporteert rechtstreeks aan het hoofd van het COO office team.

Het mandaat is
**transversaal **met AXA BE en houdt het volgende in:
**1/ De uitvoering van het OPS strategisch plan 24-26 in goede banen leiden**
- Samen met vertegenwoordigers van de Business, Transformation & IT teams, de besprekingen over de initiatieven die bijdragen tot het strategisch plan voor elke operationele scope vergemakkelijken
- Een overzicht geven van de initiatieven die bijdragen tot de uitwerking van het strategisch plan, de status en resultaten ervan, per operationele scope en in een geconsolideerde transversale OPS-visie
- Zorgen dat er overeenstemming is tussen de uitwerking van de initiatieven, de resultaten ervan en de strategische ambities
- De verschillende stakeholders (Business, IT, Transformation, Distribution, enz.) uitdagen en ondersteunen om de uitvoering van het plan te garanderen
- Een geschikt forum organiseren om de vooruitgang en de resultaten van de verschillende initiatieven te bespreken
- Samen met de delivery teams mogelijke knelpunten aanstippen en bekendmaken en matigingsacties voorstellen om de strategische ambitie wereldwijd waar te maken
- Ervoor zorgen dat veranderingen in het vastgelegde Ops Strategy plan & de projectportefeuille afgestemd blijven op de strategische doelstellingen van de onderneming.
- Rapporteren aan het directiecomité over de verwezenlijking van het OPS strategisch plan

**2/ Een kader uitwerken voor het Business Process Management **met als doel de vereenvoudiging van processen te versnellen en de prestatie ervan te verbeteren:

- De AXA BE businessprocessen in kaart brengen en updaten
- Procesgegevens controleren om ervoor te zorgen dat ze afgestemd zijn op de ambities van de business
- Governance uitwerken om de processen die vereenvoudigd en herbekeken moeten worden, te bepalen en te prioriteren
- Samen met het Transformation team (Projectmanagers, Business consultants) en vertegenwoordigers van de Business de backlog van de initiatieven ter verbetering van het proces beheren en beoordelen welke impact die initiatieven hebben op de prestaties van het proces
- Verbeteringspunten aanstippen en aanbevelingen doen om de prestaties van het proces te verbeteren
- Permanente verbetering in de business teams op het vlak van vereenvoudiging van de processen en prestaties aanmoedigen

**Jouw Profiel**

We zijn op zoek naar een profiel met meer dan vijf jaar ervaring in projectbeheer, procesontwerp en verbetering. Bewezen ervaring in een operationeel team is een pluspunt.
- Sterke vaardigheden op het vlak van stakeholder management - bewezen vaardigheden om grote en diverse teams van professionals te leiden
- Een oplossingsgerichte, uitdagende houding aannemen en alternatieven voorstellen om de huidige situatie te verbeteren
- Het vermogen om de delivery te structureren en te controleren, waarvoor je de effectieve schakel bent tussen Business OPS, transformatieteams, IT, Distributie, enz.
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden
- Strategisch denken, het verband begrijpen tussen projectoplevering, doel-KPI's en strategische ambitie
- Procesgericht, in staat om processen te ontwerpen, in vraag te stellen en te verbeteren
- Proactiviteit en het vermogen om onafhankelijk te werken
- Sterke communicatievaardigheden en helikopterview - in staat om een boodschap over te brengen bij verschillende doelgroepen (Executive & Senior management, delivery teams...)
- Perfecte kennis van het Nederlands of het Frans, actieve kennis van de andere officiële taal en van het Engels
