You will perform the following tasks:

  • You will prospect as a farmer and hunter. Your knowledge of LinkedIn and our extensive database will certainly help you;
  • You identify new clients and plan visits to introduce them to Axis Career services;
  • In addition to new clients, you also follow up on existing "dormant" clients;
  • You enjoy networking events digitally for the moment, but we hope to be in person again soon;
  • You manage the customer portfolio from A to Z: first phone contact, introductory meeting, elaboration and signature of commercial conditions;
  • You take care of the aftersales service in close collaboration with the recruitment team you follow the life of the vacant positions within the team and provide them with the necessary reports on your commercial contacts;
  • You are the sales SPOC for your team within the Axis group during the weekly meetings there is cross selling between the different business units;
  • You report to the Sales Manager who supports you throughout the process and to whom you can turn for key accounts, negotiation of framework agreements and making difficult decisions;
  • Your client portfolio consists mainly of legal companies and your contacts are HR professionals.

  • You have a Master's or Bachelor's degree and are passionate about sales ;
  • On your CV, you ideally have a good initial experience in recruitment or sales of services. Not the case? No problem, try your luck anyway After all, our principle is Hire for attitude, Train for skills;
  • You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and you speak French and English fairly well;
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Trendstop hold no secrets for you;
  • The HR world intrigues you and you like to sell services;
  • Your relatives describe you as very commercial, someone who likes to be on the phone and who is persistent;
  • Finally, you work autonomously and are resultoriented, and you are flexible.
