De Tribe CCE-E (Channel and Customer Experience for enterprises) is op zoek naar een Digital Business Analyst. Onze Tribe stelt business klanten in staat om te bankieren op de meest efficiënte manier. We werken samen in een omgeving waar empowerment, transparante communicatie en plezier centraal staan.
**Je toekomstige stage**:
In een snel veranderende wereld is Innovatie van cruciaal belang. Als digitale business analyst speel je hierbij een belangrijke rol:
- Coördinatie van Tribe Innovation days (praktische planning en organisatie van deze events)
- Voorbereiding van Innovation topics op basis van:
- Onze Klanten, via:
- Client research
- Data analysis (incident & complaints, adobe analytics, sales figures, etc)
- Noden en objectieven van diverse Stakeholders & Business partners
- Markt en Competitie
- Vizie en strategie van de bank
- Stimuleren van innovatie binnen de tribe
**Speel je troeven uit**
- Een bacheloropleiding? Een stage kan dan tijdens je laatste bachelorjaar.
- Een master? Een stage kan dan al in je voorlaatste of laatste masterjaar.
- Je stage duurt minstens 2 maanden en je werkt 4 of 5 dagen per week.
- Kennis van het Engels en van minstens één landstaal + passieve kennis van de tweede landstaal
- Een "Agile" Mindset:
- Positieve houding, empathie, praktische aanpak: naar het team luisteren en helpen bij het oplossen van problemen, een vertrouwensklimaat scheppen dat eerlijkheid en openheid aanmoedigt.
- Moedigt het delen van kennis aan.
- Continue verbetering: er zijn geen mislukkingen, alleen feedback; leren uit ervaring, bijsturen op basis van de feedback.
- Bevordert de samenstelling van een samenwerkingsgericht en autonoom team: liever overtuigen dan gezag gebruiken, liever vragen stellen dan verklaringen afleggen, het team liever helpen om zijn problemen op te lossen dan alles zelf te doen.
- Soft Skills:
- Aandacht voor details en kwaliteit van oplevering
- Leergierig en bekwaam om diverse informatie gelijktijdig te verwerken
- Een voorliefde voor het digitale
