Een gloednieuwe productieplant regio Lummen waar er aluminium wordt verwerkt voor de voedingssector is op zoek naar gemotiveerde medewerkers om de nieuwe fabriek op te starten en een boost te geven.

Dan is deze job geknipt voor jou

In deze gloednieuwe productieomgeving is het jouw taak om de fundamenten te leggen van de kwaliteits-, veiligheids
- en trainingssystemen. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle processen verlopen volgens de kwaliteitsstandaarden.

Je waakt eveneens over het veiligheids
- en milieubeleid.
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de externe dienst voor preventie en bescherming op het werk.
- Je coördineert het opstellen van noodplannen.
- Je coördineert de werkzaamheden met contractors.

Je werkt aan "continue verbetering":

- Het ontwerpen en uitwerken van trainingsschema's voor de medewerkers op vlak van veiligheid en kwaliteit.
- Het opstellen van het jaarlijks trainingsplan.
- Het onboarden van nieuwe medewerkers.

Profiel
- je hebt een bachelor opleiding, liefst in een technische richting (Elektromechanica)
- je bent in het bezit van een certificaat preventieadviseur (niv 2) of je bent bereid dit te halen
- je hebt een passie voor veiligheid
- je bent een sterke organisator
- je wil meewerken aan het uitbouwen van een nieuwe organisatie
- je bent resultaatgericht
- je hebt een analytische geest
- je bent een teamplayer
- Kennis van de Engelse taal is een noodzaak
- kennis van ISO9001 en of BRC is een pluspunt

- Medewerkers vormen en bewust maken van hygiëne, veiligheid, milieu en risicopreventie
- Domein: Veiligheid op het werk, industriële hygiëne
- Gegevens met betrekking tot hygiëne, veiligheid en milieu opvolgen en analyseren
Veranderingen en verbeteringen aanbrengen
- Domein: Kwaliteit, kwaliteitsgarantie, kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem
- Het hygiëne-, veiligheids
- en milieuprogramma ontwikkelen
De opbouw en de acties uitwerken
- Reglementaire, functionele en operationele conformiteit van de producten, processen, installaties en apparatuur opvolgen en controleren
