For one of our clients at the European Parliament, we are currently looking for a
Social Media Analyst.
Main tasks

  • Analysis of business processes and organisational structures
  • Managing data flows and production of use case, analysis and implementation models
  • Qualitative monitoring of social media online tools developed/used by EP
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
  • Produce data visualization that effectively communicates complex trends and analysis
  • Design, execute and monitor editorial strategies across European Parliament websites
  • Disseminating information via progress meetings with project sponsors and other stakeholders
  • Implementation of projects from planning to completion and evaluation
  • Support the News website content strategy with editorial recommendations based on data analysis and digital content expertise.

Required expertise:

  • Bachelor degree with 3 years of relevant experience
  • Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
  • Knime software (or similar data processing/modelling tool)
  • Microsoft Power BI (other data visualisation tools)
  • Social media monitoring tools (eg. Emplifi)
  • Social media listening tools (eg. Talkwalker)
  • Programing languages such as Python, R are an advantage
