**PROFIL**:
- Vous avez au moins deux ans d'expérience dans la collecte de fonds en face à face
- Vous possédez d'excellentes compétences en matière de gestion de projets et êtes capable de gérer efficacement plusieurs tâches et deadlines
- Vous êtes communicatif-ve et possédez d'excellentes compétences écrites et orales
- Vous parlez et écrivez couramment le français ou le néerlandais. Vous avez également une bonne connaissance passive de l'autre langue nationale.
- Vous avez l'esprit commercial et êtes capable de développer des actions qui mènent à des résultats démontrables
- L'expérience d'un CRM tel que Salesforce est un plus
- Vous faites preuve d'un haut degré d'empathie, de confidentialité et d'éthique
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de l'enseignement supérieur
**DESCRIPTION**:
**_Light for the World est une ONG belge dynamique qui non seulement lutte contre la cécité évitable et guérit les maladies oculaires en Afrique, mais promeut également l'éducation inclusive pour les enfants atteints de déficience visuelle. L'accent est mis sur l'amélioration de la qualité de vie des personnes atteintes de déficience visuelle et leurs familles. Nous finançons et soutenons plusieurs projets de soins oculaires et d'éducation inclusive en RD Congo, au Rwanda et en Tanzanie. Afin de développer sa collecte de fonds, Light for the World est à la recherche d'un-e Face-to-Face Fundraising Coordinator._**
**_En quoi consistent vos tâches ?_**
- Vous êtes responsable du lancement d'un nouveau programme interne en face à face
- Vous formez et supervisez une petite équipe de recruteurs. Cela inclut la mise en place d'un programme de formation et la réalisation d'évaluations régulières des performances
- Pendant la phase de lancement, et si nécessaire pour assurer la qualité du recrutement, vous participez activement au recrutement sur le terrain
- Vous analysez régulièrement les résultats des campagnes afin d'en évaluer l'efficacité et vous formulez des recommandations pour les améliorer
- Vous collaborez avec d'autres collègues pour élaborer des campagnes de collecte de fonds intégrées
- Vous gérez le budget de collecte de fonds en face à face, en veillant notamment à la rentabilité
- Vous rendez compte au Director Fundraising & Communication
