Since its launch in 2011, Association Lazare has significantly impacted the lives of its residents, with many developing personal and professional projects.
Job Description
As the successful Fundraising Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:
Prepare applications for public and private fundingsMaintain and extend donors network, organize fundraising eventsIncrease the association's awareness, participate to networking events, develop digital and offline marketing/communicationYou can also be involved in larger responsibilities as the development of new shared houses.The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a highly operational, autonomous and hands-on candidate with:
Ideally, a proven experience in fundraising or similar experience within NPO or private sectorExisting network or capability of developing and maintaining a network of donors/sponsorsExcellent communication, presentation and negotiation skillsOrganized and methodicalCreative thinking for fundraising event planning and executionCommitment to the NPO's mission and valuesMotivating team player that likes taking initiativesEnthusiastic about meeting and interacting with new peopleExperience with Office 365 software (word, excel and power point)Experience with the Adobe suiteFulltime available or parttime min. 80% Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus) What's on Offer Ideal position for a candidate who want to have a very concrete positive social impact in a small organizationA challenging position offering extensive networking opportunities and exceptional human experiencePermanent role that can be full or partial time (to be defined with the relevant candidate)
