..**Wat doe je?**:
Je bent in de eerste plaats een customer service advisor, helpdesk advisor of sales advisor. Als extra ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor specifieke opdrachten. Enkele voorbeelden: floorwalking, verwelkomen en begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers, het geven van briefings of administratie & quality monitoring. Je ondersteunt de team coach, rapporteert eraan en fungeert als backup indien nodig.
**Waarin zal je uitblinken?**:
Je hebt een diploma secundair onderwijs of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
De senior advisor is hét voorbeeldexemplaar van de advisors.
Je behaalt steeds de beste KPI resultaten en toont steeds het goede voorbeeld.
Je denkt mee met het management en informeert je proactief over de processen van WEngage.
Dankzij jouw positieve attitude bied je een klantenservice op topniveau aan.
Je bent bereid jouw kennis met anderen te delen.
Je steunt de doelstellingen, visie en waarden van WEngage en toont betrokkenheid. Je inspireert collega's met jouw enthousiasmerende aanpak.
Je lost problemen op volgens uitvoerende voorschriften en maakt keuzes uit gekende reeds gehanteerde oplossingsaanpak.
Je kan het engagement van de medewerkers verkrijgen om zo de bedrijfsdoelstellingen te bereiken.

**Hoe verloopt jouw onboarding?**:
Samen werken we aan jouw onboarding, zodat je de kneepjes van het vak onder de knie krijgt. De eerste weken focussen we op belsystemen, klantsystemen, werkmethodes & procedures. Het is logisch dat je dan dagelijks op kantoor bent. Eens je klaar bent voor je werk volgt een inloop-periode met intensieve begeleiding. Ook dan ben je op kantoor, zodat we jou optimaal kunnen ondersteunen. Eens die kaap succesvol is genomen kan je ook thuis werken, conform de gemaakte afspraken.
