De afdeling Procurement is een dynamisch team dat zich toelegt op sourcing, het beheer van leveranciers en van de leveranciersrisico's, het contract management en de P2P-activiteiten. Ze werkt nauw samen met de stakeholders van de business om resultaten te boeken en te zorgen voor toegevoegde waarde voor de hervormingsprojecten en de commerciële transacties waarvoor Belfius een beroep doet op derden. De afdeling Procurement houdt toezicht op alle aankopen van goederen en diensten. We zijn op zoek naar een Senior Buyer Technology, een essentiële rol ter ondersteuning van de procedure voor de aankoop van alle soorten technologische diensten en producten. De rol bestaat in het ontwikkelen en implementeren van de gepaste aankoop
- en contractualiseringsstrategieën in zijn domein, met een benadering op korte en op lange termijn, om te voldoen aan de doelstellingen van de onderneming. Eveneens actief bijdragen tot het identificeren, promoten, ondersteunen, toepassen en/of aansturen van de verbeteringen (kosten, uitbesteding, standaardisering, innovatie van de leveranciers, het beperken van de leveranciersrisico's enz;), een rol die eveneens cruciaal is om inzicht te verwerven in de behoeften en de vereisten van de interne stakeholders, om die behoeften in te schatten en in vraag te stellen in het licht van de marktopportuniteiten.

**De job in een notendop**

Je beheert autonoom de aankoopdossiers in het domein Technology.
Je behandelt de aankoopaanvragen zo efficiënt mogelijk:

- je wint alle nodige inlichtingen in bij de interne klant om hem precies te geven wat hij nodig heeft.
- je werkt mee aan de verwerking van de informatie
- de en offerteaanvragen.
- je onderhandelt over de prijzen.
- je volgt de procedure voor de aankoop van de dienst op van het begin tot het einde.
- je volgt de status en de uitgaven van de leveranciers op om de aankopen te optimaliseren.
- je controleert de bestelbonnen en verwerkt de workflows.

Contract management: je onderhandelt over de contracten (in samenwerking met Legal), je beheert de kwaliteit van de gegevens in de contracten (einddatum, verlenging, scanning, archivering) enz.
Je houdt toezicht op je eigen portefeuilles van projecten/Suppliers.
Je bouwt kwaliteitsvolle relaties op met de interne en de externe stakeholders.
Je staat borg voor kwaliteitsvolle relaties met je leveranciers met het oog op de lange termijn.
Je werkt aan de aspecten voor een aanhoudende verbetering van je categorieën en werkt strategieën uit voor je perimeter.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het zoeken naar nieuwe leveranciers.
Je identificeert, je suggereert en je stuurt de continue verbetering aan van de Procurement-processen om hoogst efficiënte activiteiten te ondersteunen.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het herzien en toetsen van de behoeften van de business, conform de good practices op de markt.
Je zorgt voor het inzetten en beheren van de tools en gegevens om de Procurement-doelen en -doelstellingen te halen, o.m. SAP Ariba.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het maken van gedetailleerde analyses waarmee het management onderbouwde strategische beslissingen kan nemen: kostenanalyse, risicoanalyse, KPI's enz.
Je werkt nauw samen en onderhoudt degelijke werkrelaties met diverse stakeholders, waaronder interne afdelingen, externe partners, Accounting en IT.

- Een universitair diploma in een relevant domein en minstens 3 jaar gelijkwaardige professionele ervaring
- Basiskennis van (of grote belangstelling voor) SAP
- Uitstekende beheersing van de MS-programmareeks (Excel/PowerPoint)
- Een goed inzicht in de Procurement-processen en een passie voor procesoptimalisering d.m.v. digitalisering
- Ervaring met spend & data analytics
- Ervaring met projectbeheer
- Tweetalig NL-FR en een goede kennis van het Engels
- Ervaring met een ERP-tool
