Je verzekert de opvolging van de strategische contracten voor de seininrichtingsprojecten . Je behandelt hierbij hoofdzakelijk de lopende contracten maar zal in de toekomst eveneens nieuwe contracten opstarten. Deze functie brengt de volgende taken en verantwoordelijkheden met zich mee:

De cel "Contracts" van de dienst "Signalling Projects" is het operationele contactpunt tussen de interne klanten (Area's, het studiebureau TUC Rail en de leveranciers. Je neemt dagelijks beslissingen die aansluiten bij de strategische doelstellingen van Infrabel. Je onderhandelt over de Change Requests , verzekert de opvolging ervan en ziet toe op de uitvoering ervan. Je zorgt voor de opvolging van de benodigde contracten voor het Masterplan ETCS (European Train Control System is een Europees automatisch veiligheidssysteem dat er onder andere voor zorgt dat de kans dat een trein door een rood sein rijdt aanzienlijk verkleint. Je werkt nauw samen met de technische medewerkers en je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor het technische en budgettaire aspect van het contract. Met de ondersteuning van de administratieve medewerkers maak je de bestellingen voor projecten, materiaal, diensten en werken op en zie je toe op de leveringen in het kader van de contracten. Je raadpleegt regelmatig de verantwoordelijken voor de logistieke dienst en/of de dienst Procurement om het correcte verloop van het bestellings- en leveringsproces te verzekeren. Je werkt nauw samen met de Contract Managers van de dienst Procurement om de verbeterpunten op contractueel vlak in kaart te brengen en uit te voeren. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de reporting en maakt hiervoor gebruik van de voorziene applicaties (onder andere EPM, SAP).Voor nieuwe contracten:
Je coördineert en analyseert de redactie van het technische en administratieve gedeelte van deze strategische contracten. Op basis van de uit te voeren projecten bepaal je de scope van de nieuwe contracten. Nadat de nieuwe contracten genotificeerd zijn, behandel je die op dezelfde manier als de lopende contracten.Het betreft een functie van het niveau Rang 3, en van klasse 6 volgens het New Reward Plan (NRP).
JOUW PROFIEL
Je bezit een masterdiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring in een technische of economische richting. Je bent geboeid door techniek. Je werkt graag in teamverband . Je bent in staat om autonoom beslissingen te nemen binnen een welbepaald kader. Je werkt nauwgezet en georganiseerd . Je luistert actief en weet overeenkomsten te onderhandelen . Je hebt een sterk analytisch en synthetisch vermogen. Je hebt een functionele kennis van de tweede landstaal en beschikt over een basiskennis van technisch Engels . Je beschikt over goede redactionele vaardigheden .Infrabel wil de maatschappelijke diversiteit weerspiegeld zien in haar medewerkers. Binnen de directie Operations worden alle grote investeringsprojecten rond de spoorwegen en de seininrichtingsprojecten gecentraliseerd. Ze heeft een duidelijke opdracht: het aanleggen en moderniseren van spoorlijnen. Haar activiteiten zijn gericht op de toekomst: ze waakt erover dat de infrastructuur van het spoornetwerk aangepast is aan de behoeften van onze klanten.
Binnen de dienst " Signalling Projects " is het bureau " Contracts " voornamelijk verantwoordelijk voor de operationele opvolging van de strategische contracten voor de seininrichtingsprojecten. Om het operationele beheer en de opvolging van de contracten die essentieel zijn voor de uitvoering van de seininrichtingsprojecten, te verzekeren (waarvoor ze nauw samenwerkt met de betrokken diensten), zijn we op zoek naar een Technical Contract Specialist (V/M) .
