Yeply is op zoek naar een fietstechnicus. Wij breiden uit en zijn per direct op zoek naar een energieke, hands-on medewerker die ons fietsreparatieteam komt versterken. **Over Yeply**:
Wij zijn Yeply, de fietswerkplaats op wielen waar elk type fiets voor een servicebeurt terecht kan. Op deze manier willen we als Finse start-up bijdragen aan een gezonde, duurzame vorm van mobiliteit. Onze missie is om het onderhoud en de reparatie van fietsen eenvoudig, transparant en probleemloos te maken. Het onderhoud en de reparaties voeren we aan alle type fietsen uit: van e-bikes tot stadsfietsen, van bakfietsen tot transportfietsen. Alle tweewielers waar geen kenteken op zit, zijn ons ding. Onze technicus zorgen ervoor dat alle fietsen weer 100% rijklaar zijn. Wij helpen zowel consumenten (in de buurt) als zakelijke klanten (fietsvloten). Tot nu toe hebben we al meer dan fietsen in Europa onderhouden en het einde is nog lang niet in zicht
**Jouw taken**:
Als fietstechnicus bouw je mee aan Yeply in Nederland. Dit houdt onder andere in:
- Preventief onderhouden van fietsen
- Het zelfstandig uitvoeren van fietsreparaties in onze hypermoderne tot werkplaats omgebouwde vans
- Uitvoeren van fietsenreparatiesvoor onze zakelijke klanten en het onder de aandacht brengen van het Yeply-bedrijfsconcept Registereren van werkbonnen en digitale dossiers
- Voorraadbeheer van reserveonderdelen
- Werken met een divers team van fietstechnicus
- Ondersteunen van collega's met betrekking tot technische aspecten van fietsreparaties
Zorgen voor een fijne, veilige werksfeer voor jezelf en collega's
**Wat jij in petto hebt**:
- Een afgeronde MBO-opleiding (bij voorkeur als fietsenmaker of iets vergelijkbaars) of beroepservaring in de ambachtelijke sector
- Ervaring met klantenservice is een pré
- Je toont initiatief, houdt van verantwoordelijkheid en hebt een oplossingsgerichte manier van werken
- Je houdt van de uitdaging om je gestructureerde workflow te vinden in een soms niet gestructureerde omgeving
- Je hebt interesse in het thema duurzame mobiliteit en fietsen
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
- Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs
- Je spreekt de Nederlandse en / of Engelse taal vloeiend
Bij voorkeur ben je fulltime beschikbaar
