**DE JOB**:
Als Shift Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opmaken, het bijwerken en het opvolgen van de personeelsplanning in de diverse arbeidsplaatsen van I-O.112 Operations Area North-East.

De planning wordt opgemaakt met een informaticatool en omvat eveneens de nodige gegevens voor de loonverwerking en de analytische boekhoudverwerking van de uitgeoefende taken. Bovendien ben je verantwoordelijk voor het inplannen van opleidingen, de inschrijving van de deelnemers en het registreren van de gevolgde opleidingen.

Uw takenpakket omvat:

- Het inplannen van alle prestaties die nodig zijn voor de organisatie van het treinverkeer
- Het toekennen en inplannen van verloven en vrije dagen aan het personeel
- Het oproepen van, bedienden voor vervanging van een zieke collega of voor tussenkomsten in geval van incidenten of ongevallen
- Het opstellen van extra prestaties in overleg met de pijler Operations
- Het inplannen van de nodige opleidingen en bijscholingen in overleg met de pijler Training & Coaching
- De inschrijving van deelnemers voor de opleidingen en de verdere opvolging van de opleidingsadministratie
- Diverse rapportering betreffende personeelsbenutting, ziekteverzuim, verlofplanning,

**JOUW PROFIEL**:
De proef is toegankelijk voor kandidaten die houder zijn van een Bachelor diploma.

En voor kandidaten behorend tot de Belgische Spoorwegen die:

- Houder zijn van de graad van rang 4 of laureaat zijn van een proef die toegang geeft tot een graad van rang 4
- Houder zijn van graad van rang 5 met minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen de spoorwegen

Technische competenties
- Je bent vlot in het gebruik van Word, Excel, Sharepoint en Outlook
- Kennis van de planningstool Harmony is een troef
- Je beschikt over de nodige interpersoonlijke vaardigheden
- Kennis van SAP is een troef

Talenkennis
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands.
