You will join a dynamic and multicultural team in a fast-growing subsidiary, certified as a Great Place to Work, and in full transformation following the acquisition of a local player.

The Career Talent Specialist's areas of intervention aim to retain our employees:
- Help implement and review the overall career and talent management strategy
- Participate in the steering of the employee engagement strategy
- Organize internal People Reviews
- Participate in the development of the company's training programs
- Collaborate with Business Managers to define qualification criteria and followup processes
- Assist in the integration of new employees
- Participate in the implementation and monitoring of talent assessments
- Disseminate the results of surveys on Consultants' experience and participate in the development of action plans (Great Place To Work)
- Advise Business Managers on assessment techniques and methods
- Organize internal events for employees
- Participate in projects aimed at strengthening our employer brand in Belgium

Requirements:
- You have 28 years old or less
- You have a European nationality (EEA)
- You have no previous experience in Belgium
- Training: Master, Business School, and/or Business Administration
- Languages: Mastery of English (fluent written / spoken) imperative and French or Dutch.
