**Votre fonction**
L'infrastructure de fibre optique d'Eurofiber est d'une importance vitale pour nos clients et toute panne peut entraîner des dommages économiques et/ou sociaux considérables. En tant que coordinateur des travaux planifiés, vous êtes responsable du développement, de la mise en œuvre, de la surveillance de la conformité et de l'optimisation continue des processus liés aux travaux planifiés sur le réseau Eurofiber, de manière à permettre la croissance continue d'Eurofiber et l'exécution des travaux sur le réseau sans nuire aux clients existants. Une communication claire, une exécution fiable et un impact mínimal sur les clients existants sont des concepts clés dans ce domaine.
Responsabilités:
- Vous êtes responsable de l'analyse d'impact des travaux planifiés ;
- En collaboration avec le responsable des changements, vous êtes responsable de l'évaluation et de la planification des demandes de travaux sur le réseau en concertation avec toutes les parties prenantes concernées ;
- Vous êtes responsable de la communication et de la fourniture d'informations correctes et en temps voulu aux clients concernant les travaux planifiés ;
- Vous êtes l'interlocuteur pour les questions/remarques concernant le processus des travaux planifiés ;
- Vous surveillez les politiques et les processus relatifs aux travaux planifiés, assurez une évaluation et une optimisation continues et agissez en tant que conseiller pour les projets d'amélioration.
- Vous êtes un membre actif du Change Advisory Board (comité consultatif des changements).
Dans ce rôle, vous rapportez au Service Assurance Manager.
**Qualifications**:
**Votre profil**
- Vous travaillez et pensez au niveau bachelor ou avez au moins 2-3 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente dans le secteur des télécommunications.
- La connaissance et la compréhension du secteur des télécommunications sont indispensables ;
- Vous êtes avide d'apprendre et enthousiaste à l'idée de nouvelles technologies ;
- Vous avez de solides compétences en communication ; vous vous exprimez parfaitement à l'oral et à l'écrit en néerlandais, en français et en anglais ;
- Votre attitude professionnelle, axée sur le service et structurée garantit une satisfaction élevée des clients ;
- Vous êtes précis, attentif aux détails et analytique ;
- La proactivité et la résistance au stress vous caractérisent ;
- Vous êtes prêt(e) à participer à une rotation des rôles de gestion des urgences ;
- Vous êtes un ambassadeur d'Eurofiber, tant en interne qu'auprès des clients externes ;
- Vous êtes prêt(e) à rejoindre une permanence à terme ;
- Vous n'avez pas une mentalité de "nine to five" et êtes flexible en termes de tâches à accomplir.
