**_Votre mission_**
- Vous contribuez au développement de la vision et de la politique de la coopération internationale belge, et à sa mise en œuvre.
- Vous apportez le support nécessaire au développement des stratégies et des programmes pays et à la réalisation des résultats de développement (outputs et outcomes).
- Vous veillez à l'acquisition des expertises sectorielles nécessaires à la traduction des axes politiques prioritaires en soutien à un développement économique et social durable.
- Vous développez un réseau d'expertise belge et internationale, et contribuez à la signature d'accords de coopération stratégiques avec ce réseau.
- Vous vous focalisez également sur la capitalisation des savoirs et savoir-faire experts.
- Vous représentez l'expertise d'Enabel en dehors de l'organisation, de façon à développer la renommée de l'organisation à un niveau national et international.

- Master.

**_Expériences _**
- 10 années d'expérience utile et avérée dans la coopération internationale ;
- Plusieurs années d'expérience à l'étranger, de préférence en Afrique (via une affectation à long terme ou de nombreuses missions) ;
- Expérience dans une fonction de management, idéalement au niveau d'un comité de direction ;
- Une expérience de fonctionnement selon les principes de gouvernance collaborative constitue un atout.

- Bonne connaissance de la coopération internationale ;
- Leader visionnaire ;
- Capacités en management de projets institutionnels ou stratégiques ;
- Capacité d'analyse stratégique, intelligence de l'organisation et un sens compétitif du positionnement de celle-ci ;
- Connaissance des nouveaux mécanismes de financement ;
- Bonne compréhension des forces d'Enabel et de sa valeur ajoutée, et la capacité à développer des partenariats ;
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication en français, néerlandais et anglais (oral et écrit).
