Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle salary administration to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Manage contracts, policies, fleet, HR guides, and other related tasks.
  • Take charge of insurance administration to guarantee compliance and employee satisfaction.
  • Coordinate facilities to create a comfortable and productive work environment.
  • Efficiently manage expense administration to ensure smooth operations.
  • Contribute to training and learning initiatives, fostering employee development.
  • Provide valuable support to Work Councils, promoting positive employee relations.
  • Organize exciting and engaging events for our dedicated team.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in HR or possess equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrate empathy, discretion, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Thrive both independently and collaboratively, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Possess excellent skills in office tools and are comfortable with numbers
  • Exhibit mastery of the French language, with a good command of Dutch and English.
  • Show flexibility in working across various HR and Finance domains.
