Function:
We're looking for a consultant to join our client's team. This role revolves around the preparation, development, and oversight of business architectural work in various projects and programs.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural work to ensure accurate estimation and organization of work volume and necessary resources.
- Develop potential architectural business solutions for projects and programs, enabling management to make informed decisions.
- Support Project Managers by clarifying work packages and their interdependencies, enhancing the accuracy of estimates and resource organization for business solution implementation.
- Communicate Business Architecture content to project teams, ensuring focused realization of desired business solutions.
- Monitor Business Architecture content during implementation to ensure alignment with the chosen strategy.
- Proactively contribute ideas that add value to a partner/domain.
- Assist in the initiation of projects based on selected business ideas.
Tasks:
- Define goals and requirements.
- Create an impacted business view.
- Develop business service specifications.
- Build and maintain a process model.
- Provide an organizational view.
- Formulate a Capability Information Model.
- Oversee the overview of work packages.
- Offer advice on ideas from the business unit manager.
- Develop a roadmap for projects in the coming years.
- Create business cases for the initiation of effective projects.
Other requirements
- Able to work 2 days a week on office in Brussels, with up to 3 days of remote working
- Fluent in Dutch and English
