About this role:

This Senior Strategic Account Manager is a 6months temporary assignment.**The Just Eat Takeaway Enterprise Restaurant team manages the strategic vision, acquisition, and development of the largest restaurant partnerships in Europe. This is a role within the local Sales team which is a fast paced, highly motivated and driving the corporate strategic agenda for the country.


Chain restaurant groups are becoming increasingly important in the market and represent a key pillar within the business for Just Eat Takeaway.

Being a trusted partner for these customers is of critical importance in order to grow our business together.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

  • This Senior Strategic Account Manager is a 6months temporary assignment.
  • Managing a portfolio of clients part of the leading brands within the market
  • Being responsible for the HQlevel acquisition process of new chains
  • Leading or participating in negotiations and signing country framework agreements and/or franchisor contracts with chain HQ
  • Acting as the 'Trusted Advisor' and initiating, building and developing longterm relationships with all strategic accounts on country HQ level
  • Tracking and analysing market (developments) and competition's activity
  • Developing Joint Business Plans and driving regular Business review/Performance review meetings
  • Catering to special requirements of chains (product features, analytics, cobranding, reporting, invoicing)
  • Being the 'voice of the customer' and building a strong crossfunctional network (e.g. 'squad' with Product, Customer Services, Marketing) to provide the best services to your chain restaurants

What will you bring to the table?:

  • 5+ years experience in commercial roles, of which at least one role in key account management.
  • Proven track record of making commercially sound, datadriven decisions
  • A customerfocused and innovative outlook, able to optimise work processes
  • Fluent in French or Dutch & English (written & spoken) and excellent communication skills.
  • Act on opportunities, generate new ideas and act decisively in an often agile and everchanging environment
  • Ability to absorb information quickly and deliver at pace
  • Proactive, sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
