En tant que Cost & Quantity Surveyor, vous assurez le suivi financier et budgétaire du chantier Constitution. Vous intégrez ainsi un projet complexe, indispensable maillon du futur Métro 3.
Vous travaillez au sein du SSE (Service Spécial d'Etudes) de la STIB, et plus particulièrement pour le département Génie Civil. La mission principale de ce département est la réalisation de travaux dans le cadre du métro et pré-métro ainsi que dans le cadre de l'amélioration du réseau de surface pour le tramway.
La mobilité à Bruxelles représente un enjeu majeur actuellement, et davantage encore dans les années à venir. Ce défi immense se décline en une multitude de projets pour lesquels vous pourrez donc apporter votre pierre à l'édifice.
Ce rôle, transversal au sein d'une équipe d'une dizaine de collègues, est le garant de la bonne gestion des moyens consacrés à ce projet. À l'interface des domaines financiers et techniques, il vise à un juste paiement des travaux et à une bonne vision des dépenses futures.
Votre rôle consiste principalement à:
- Établir les métrés en support des chefs de chantier.
- Vérifier les quantités exécutées mensuellement en utilisant vos compétences techniques.
- Sur base des quantités vérifiées, valider les états d'avancement.
- Analyser les propositions de décomptes et de nouveaux prix unitaires en support du Project Manager.
- Etablir les prévisions budgétaires.
**Profil recherché**:
- Vous disposez d'un master, ou d'un bachelor avec quelques années d'expérience relevante pour la fonction, et avez un intérêt marqué pour le monde de la construction ainsi que le suivi financier et budgétaire de projets.
- Une expérience dans le domaine de la construction et des chantiers de génie civil est un atout important.
- Une connaissance de la législation relative à l'exécution des marchés publics est un atout.
- Vous maitrisez le français ou le néerlandais. Une connaissance opérationnelle de l'autre langue est un atout.
- Vous maitrisez Excel ; la connaissance de Autocad est un atout.
- Vos qualités personnelles : organisé.e et , vous disposez d'une bonne capacité d'analyse et vision d'ensemble, d'une bonne capacité de communication et faite preuve d'assertivité.
