The Fashion Store is hosting a special job day on 30/05 at 7 pm for you to meet their team and workplace. During this event, you will receive a store tour, have the chance to ask questions to current employees, and get a glimpse of the tasks and atmosphere in the store. Shopmanager Position
A Shopmanager, together with the Assistant Shopmanager, forms a tandem in organizing the store. You will have full responsibility for the branch. Knowing your team's talents to ensure everyone excels and is in the right position is key. You will monitor targets and involve everyone. While handling administrative tasks behind the scenes, most of your time will be spent assisting customers and supporting your team on the sales floor by:
- Offering genuine advice to customers and coaching colleagues
- Leveraging your expertise in our product offerings and people management
- Showing respect to the team and customers
- Starting each day with enthusiasm and radiating it
- Team up with the team to make each day a success
- Being proud of your team for what you achieve together and who you are
- Demonstrating entrepreneurship to keep evolving together and deliver the best results

Profile
Do you feel excited to explore our latest deliveries and present them stylishly in our stores? Are you the colleague we are looking for?
- Experience: Demonstrable experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role. Familiarity with KPIs and other performance indicators.
- Initiative: Taking initiative, facing challenges, and seizing opportunities with enthusiasm. Inspiring others with your drive.
- Curiosity: Open to feedback, taking action on it. Strong motivation for learning and gaining new experiences.
- Passion for Fashion: Enthusiastic about clothing and fashion, eager to convey this passion to our customers.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends. This is a full-time position (35 hours per week).
- Language Skills: Proficient in Dutch.
- Last but not least: you love to work.
