**Context**
Enabel werft **9** innovatieve, ondernemende **Programme Managers** aan om multidisciplinaire teams en complexe projecten te leiden in een van de 20 landen.
**Functiebeschrijving**
Als **Programme Manager** rapporteer je aan de Enabel-vertegenwoordiger in het land waar je bent aangesteld. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van meerdere projecten en het behalen van resultaten als onderdeel van het samenwerkingsprogramma in het betreffende land.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een team van meerdere Project Managers en werkt nauw samen met een team van financieel managers en medewerkers die gespecialiseerd zijn in overheidsopdrachten en contracten.
**Verwachte verantwoordelijkheden**
- Je coördineert alle projecten in het betreffende land, in samenwerking met de Project Managers en de verschillende partners die bij deze projecten betrokken zijn;
- Je geeft leiding aan de teams die onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid staan;
- Je zorgt voor operationele uitmuntendheid en inspireert je teams om 'out of the box' te denken om concrete resultaten te behalen;
- Je zorgt voor de integratie van de verschillende projecten, waarbij je bijzondere aandacht besteedt aan de kwaliteit van de onderlinge samenwerking en aan het maximaliseren van synergieën en het bundelen van middelen;
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de beschikbare middelen optimaal worden gebruikt en dat de regels en procedures van Enabel worden nageleefd;
- Naast operationeel management denk je ook mee over de strategie om de aanpak van Enabel in het land waar je werkt, of breder, te ondersteunen.

**Competenties**:
- Je hebt uitstekende leidinggevende vaardigheden en inspireert je collega's met een duidelijke visie en zorgzame, adaptieve coaching;
- Je bent in staat om meerdere projecten tegelijk op te volgen, verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en beslissingen te nemen;
- Je profiel voldoet ook aan de onderstaande criteria voor opleiding, ervaring en competentie.
**Vereist opleidingsniveau**
- Masterdiploma
**Vereiste ervaring**
- Je hebt overtuigende ervaring op het gebied van internationaal projectmanagement, in de internationale ontwikkelingssector of de privésector;
- Je hebt ten minste 5 jaar in een functie van teammanagement;
- Je hebt werkervaring in een multiculturele omgeving.
**Vereiste kennis en vaardigheden**
- Je hebt een uitstekende visie op en inzicht in actuele mondiale vraagstukken;
- Je bent uitstekend in het samenbrengen van mensen en in het faciliteren;
- Je hebt een grondige kennis van de methoden van projectmanagement;
- Je kan relaties tussen instellingen ontwikkelen en beheren (netwerken);
- Je hebt uitstekende vaardigheden in het coördineren, leiden en mobiliseren van verschillende spelers en partners;
- Je bent resultaatgericht;
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Frans of Nederlands. Gezien je in een internationale context gaat werken, is een uitstekende kennis het Frans en het Engels vereist;
- Je staat volledig ter beschikking om in het buitenland te werken in huidige en toekomstige partnerlanden van Enabel, en in het bijzonder om in moeilijke contexten te werken. Het is belangrijk dat je je ertoe verbindt de functie binnen de 3 maanden volgend op ons voorstel op te nemen.
