Un programme sur mesure vous permettra de développer une compréhension approfondie de l'Asset Management et de ses applications dans le monde de l'assurance. En tant que Graduate Trainee, vous ferez partie intégrante de notre équipe Asset Management et aurez l'occasion de travailler dans les différents services.
Concrètement, Ethias vous propose un parcours de 2 ans au cours duquel vous aurez la charge d'activités au sein de 4 équipes parmi les 7 équipes d'Asset Management. En pratique, en fonction des besoins opérationnels, ce parcours prévoit deux trajets de 6 mois au sein de nos équipes d'investissement et deux trajets de 6 mois au sein des équipes Operations ou Projets.
Travailler dans le domaine de l'Asset Management nécessite une vision transversale du business et des risques auxquels Ethias est exposée. Ainsi, vous entrez en contact avec des personnes expérimentées dans les différentes lignes-métier. En bref, vous aurez la possibilité de faire des rotations entre différents services d'Asset Management pour acquérir une perspective globale et complète

Nous recherchons un.e Trainee qui a l'esprit d'équipe et qui aime les défis complexes.
- Vous disposez d'un diplôme universitaire en finance, économie, mathématiques ou dans un domaine connexe ;
- Vous avez une grande capacité d'adaptation, aimez les environnements de travail dynamiques et apprenez rapidement ;
- Vous avez une grande affinité avec les chiffres, le risque et la finance ;
- Vous êtes orienté solutions & résultats et disposez d'un bon esprit analytique ;
- Vous disposez de grandes capacités de communication et de présentation ;
- Vous jonglez avec Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, ...) et vous avez déjà utilisé un outil de suivi des marchés (Bloomberg par exemple) ou d'investissement;
- Vous parlez couramment le français ou le néerlandais et avez une connaissance correcte de l'autre langue (l'anglais est un plus vivement apprécié).
