Om de verdere groei te verzekeren en het bestaande team te versterken, is JCDecaux momenteel op zoek naar een : Public Affairs Director - Vlaanderen (H/F/X)

Missie

Als Public Affairs Director draag je bij aan het versterken van de positie van JCDecaux op de Nederlandstalige OOH-reclamemarkt door het binnenhalen van relevante overheidscontracten die worden gelanceerd door publieke partners.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden van nieuwe relaties met de overheden in Vlaanderen om de behoeften van de steden te bestuderen en voorstellen te doen op basis van ons brede productassortiment. Het is jouw opdracht om ervoor te zorgen dat onze voorstellen niet alleen voldoen aan de economische haalbaarheid, maar ook aan de gemeenschappelijke belangen en duurzaamheid van de steden die we bedienen.

Verantwoordelijkheden :

  • Je zorgt ervoor nauwe banden te smeden met lokale en regionale overheden om hun behoeften op het gebied van stedelijk meubilair te begrijpen en te vervullen;
  • Je zal de voorbereiding en onderhandeling van concessiecontracten leiden voor de installatie van stadsmeubilair in Vlaanderen, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met belanghebbenden en relevante partijen. Dit alles om tot overeenkomsten te komen waarbij zowel onze belangen als die van de overheden dienen gerespecteerd;
  • Het opvolgen van toewijzingen met betrekking tot de plaatsing van stadsmeubilair in Vlaanderen zal ook tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden behoren. Dit omvat het opvolgen van publicaties in Monitor en het zorgvuldig volgen van technische specificaties, om ervoor te zorgen dat onze aanbiedingen coherent en concurrerend zijn;
  • Je zult ook belast zijn met de analyse en volledige voorbereiding van aanbestedingsdossiers in samenwerking met verschillende afdelingen binnen ons bedrijf, waaronder technische, juridische, financiële en verkoopdiensten. Het doel is om ervoor te zorgen dat onze aanbiedingen voldoen aan de eisen van de steden en gemeenten in Vlaanderen, terwijl we tegelijkertijd onze bedrijfsdoelstellingen nastreven;
  • Na toewijzing aan JCDecaux, volgt de opvolging van de technische realisatie, d.w.z. de voorbereiding van het technische dossier voor de implementatie van verschillende producten uit ons brede gamma; Dit omvat het opvolgen van de implementatie op locatie, het nemen van digitale foto's (verschillende perspectieven, implementatieplannen, technische specificaties);
  • Naast het beantwoorden van aanbestedingen komt er een dagelijkse monitoring en opvolging van bestaande contracten in Vlaanderen met de verantwoordelijken van de verschillende interne diensten (installatieverzoeken, interventies, verwijderingen van stadsmeubilair, vandalisme, beveiliging, enz.).

Profiel

  • Nederlandstalig ;
  • Goed niveau van gesproken Frans is vereist ;
  • Kennis van Overheidsopdrachten ;
  • Significante ervaring in de publieke sector ;
  • Goede politieke netwerken, multitasking en projectmanagement ;
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en passend bij de voortdurend evoluerende waarden van de samenleving (deskundigheid, openheid, teamwork, respect, enthousiasme, tact en goed oordeel);
  • Vermogen om het juridische kader van ons bedrijf te begrijpen en te beheren;
  • Vermogen om de financiële/economische/commerciële aspecten van ons bedrijf te begrijpen en te beheren;
  • In staat zijn om onder druk te werken en te presteren in korte tijd en in crisissituaties.
