Het **Human Resources team** van PMV staat al geruime tijd centraal in de uitbouw en professionalisering van de HR processen en de ontwikkeling van medewerkers. Het team is actief op alle HR domeinen waar een moderne en toonaangevende onderneming zich wil onderscheiden van anderen. Het team is actief betrokken bij alle professionele fasen die een medewerker doorheen zijn/haar loopbaan bij PMV doorloopt en zet in op een lange termijn visie waar werknemers en hun welzijn centraal staan.

**Jouw functie**:
Voor de ondersteuning van de verdere groei van ons bedrijf en uitbreiding van ons ervaren team zijn wij op zoek naar een **Talent Acquisition Specialist** met een gezonde interesse voor andere HR domeinen zoals leren, diversiteit & inclusie, etc.
Binnen die functie:
- identificeer en beheer je de rekruteringsbehoeften van de business units;
- ben je een belangrijke businesspartner bij het aantrekken, selecteren en assessment van nieuwe medewerkers;
- voer je de selectiegesprekken en contractbesprekingen met kandidaten, maak en bespreek je de contractvoorstellen met kandidaten;
- ben je de spilfiguur in de end-to-end sourcing-, selectie
- en onboarding processen van nieuwe medewerkers;
- screen je de markt op geschikte kandidaten en ben je de spoc voor onze externe 'search' partners;
- kan je in functie van je interesses het HR team ook ondersteunen bij het opzetten en opvolgen van de leeractiviteiten en/of de uitbouw van een 'talent development'- en 'diversity & inclusion' beleid en/of andere projecten.

Is het opnemen van een verantwoordelijkheid over een HR domein echt iets voor jou ? Beschouw je jezelf als een pragmatisch en 'hands on' persoon die zichzelf niet wil beperken tot één vakje maar graag inzichten verwerft in diverse HR deeldomeinen ?
Heb jij:
- een Master diploma of ben je gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
- mínimaal 5 jaar relevante praktijkervaring in Talent Acquisition met bediende
- en kaderprofielen;
- goede kennis van het Nederlands (kennis Engels is een pluspunt).
