**Hier doe je het voor**

Als Student Facility Support ben je de administratieve duizendpoot van ons facility en preventie team. Je ondersteunt het team vooral in de administratie.

**_Ondersteuning facility team_**

Je geeft administratieve ondersteuning aan het facility-team en neemt ook initiatieven om verbeteringen in de verschillende processen voor te stellen:

- Je beheert het mailverkeer van de facility dienst
- Je faciliteert de communicatie tussen onze winkels en de diverse leveranciers
- Scanning oude dossiers
- Klasseren en digitaal archiveren
- Inventarissen opmaken in excel
- Opzoeken/controleren/aanpassen van correcte gegevens winkeloppervlakte

**Dit breng jij mee naar HEMA**
- Je bent opzoek naar een studentenjob en hebt nog genoeg werkuren over
- Je bent tweetalig Nederlands-Frans zowel gesproken als geschreven
- Je hebt een kennis van het Microsoft Officepakket (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) en Outlook
- Het verder digitaliseren van een aantal diensten en toepassingen schrikt je niet af
- Je werkt gestructureerd en wil bijleren
- Je bent enthousiast en positief ingesteld
