Jouw functie
Als Cost & Tender Engineer sta je aan het begin van de processen binnen onze onderneming.
Je staat in voor het uitvoeren van prijscalculaties in het kader van de opmaak van offertes en aanbestedingsdossiers binnen de industriebouw. Om de calculaties zo nauwkeurig mogelijk uit te voeren, kan je rekenen op het team waarin je werkt (calculatie en sales) en het studiebureau met hun ruime ervaring.Je controleert de lastenboeken, plannen en meetstaten op volledigheid.Je kan eventueel de salesafdeling ondersteunen door betrokken te zijn bij de contractonderhandelingen.Extern werk je samen met de klant, de architect, het studiebureau en onze onderaannemers.Je coördineert en realiseert het project in offerte- en ontwerpfase.Na de verkoop van het project zorg je voor een goede overdracht naar de werfleider/projectleider.Jouw profiel
Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor of master diploma bouwkunde, of hebt ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.Zowel schoolverlaters als ervaren calculators zijn bij ons welkom, wij kijken naar een beginnend traject op maat.Je werkt heel nauwkeurig. Je werkt autonoom aan je projecten, maar je maakt uiteraard deel uit van een team en bent bereid om collega's bij te springen.Je hebt een goed technisch inzicht en een analytisch vermogen.Je hebt een grondige kennis van MS Office en Autocad.Ons aanbod
