- **Postmailings voorbereiden** en **uitsturen **naar onze patiënten
- **Patiëntentevredenheidsacties** opzetten in onze **software**:
- **Administratieve opvolging **en **rapportage** van de projecten en acties
- **Patiëntendossiers vervolledigen** in SAP op basis van de verkregen info
- Opvolgen van de **communicatieflow**
Wie zoeken we?
- Je bent **extravert **en erg gesteld op **klantencontact**. **Bellen **en **mailen **(Flexmail/Mailchimp) in **beide landstalen** schrikt je geenszins af.
- Je bent** administratief sterk** en weet je werk goed te **organiseren/structureren**. Je werkt graag **autonoom **en weet wat de **prioriteiten** zijn.
- Je houdt van overleg en bent graag aan de slag op kantoor. Je kan **voltijds of minstens 4/5de** aan de slag gaan.

**Wetteren** ben ik op zoek naar een
**customer experience specialist.**
- Je krijgt eerst een **grondige opleiding **over de lopende **communicatieflows **en **projecten**. We leren je werken met de software en dompelen je onder in ons productgamma.
