Om ons departement Communicatie & Marketing te versterken, zijn we voor het Interne Communicatie team op zoek naar een Internal Communication Expert (M/V/X).
Jouw vluchtinstructies
- De Internal Communication Expert ondersteunt de Internal Communication Manager bij de uitwerking en implementatie van de communicatiestrategie naar de medewerkers van Brussels Airport Company (BAC) en de luchthavengemeenschap van Brussels Airport (+/ medewerkers).
- Als Internal Communication Expert coördineer je alle interne media en past deze aan op basis van de noden van de doelgroepen, de technologische evoluties of andere externe context.
- Je beheert en ontwikkelt de juiste mediamix voor de interne communicatiekanalen van BAC van A tot Z in lijn met de noden van de doelgroepen en technische mogelijkheden en evoluties
- Je informeert tijdig de verschillende doelgroepen, en je versterkt het engagement en de loyaliteit van de medewerkers en draagt zo bij tot een positief imago en goede reputatie van BAC
- Je stemt intern af met collega's die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de gemeenschap. Je kent en beheert het netwerk van communicatie verantwoordelijken binnen de luchthavengemeenschap en kan hen aansturen bij grote projecten
- Je bent in staat om steeds de correcte "tone of voice" te vinden en corporate boodschappen op een gestructureerde manier te brengen naar de beoogde doelgroep via het gepaste medium
- Je leidt specifieke interne communicatiecampagnes en -projecten en verleent daarbij strategisch communicatieadvies aan de interne stakeholders in lijn met de interne communicatie

- Je blijft op de hoogte van alle relevante trends in de sector en verleent strategisch communicatieadvies aan de klanten uit de business en de luchthavengemeenschap
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van de redactionele inhoud op de interne corporate communicatiekanalen in geval van crisis en je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste doelgroepen correct worden ingelicht.
- Je redigeert en publiceert alerts en crisisupdates, je schrijft en vertaalt de officiële statements op de juiste mediamix in samenwerking met de Communication Manager On Duty, en probeert daarbij de reputatie en het imago van Brussels Airport zoveel mogelijk te beschermen.
Jouw paspoort
- Je hebt een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring, bij voorkeur in een Interne Communication rol
- Je bent digital native, met je 'Tech-savvy' mindset ben je snel vertrouwd met nieuwe technologieën
- Je bent vlot en stapt gemakkelijk af op mensen zelfs als je ze niet kent
- Je bent een initiatiefnemer met een proactief mindset
- Je beschikt over grondige kennis van interne communicatie strategieën en processen/ communicatiekanalen/ tools, online communicatie, reputatiemanagement, crisiscommunicatie
- Je hebt een degelijke kennis van corporate reputatie-en communicatiebeginselen
- Je bent in staat communicatieprojecten te leiden van A tot Z gaande van een briefing bij je (interne) klant tot het uitvoeren, opvolgen en bijsturen van het communicatieplan
- Je hebt een vlotte pen en bent in staat om kwaliteitsvolle teksten te schrijven. Je kan ook snel en eenvoudig (audio)visuele content creëren (o.m. photoshop, Indesign) of bent in staat om dit te leren
- Je ben gemotiveerd en hebt zin om veel bij te leren en door te groeien
- Je bent een uitgesproken teamplayer en bent in staat een groot en goed netwerk op te zetten
- Je kan omgaan met gevoelige, complexe en/of vertrouwelijke informatie
- Je bent flexibel en in staat om te werken in een dynamische omgeving gestimuleerd door tijdsdruk en wijzigende deadlines
- Je bent empathisch en tactvol en kan aanvoelen hoe bepaalde informatie al dan niet te positioneren aangepast aan de (crisis)omstandigheden
- Je kan onder druk en tijdens crisissen snel handelen en alle crisismedia beheren
- Je beheerst het Nederlands of het Frans. Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van de tweede landstaal en het Engels.
