CRM Data Steward- Business Development - Leuven | Just now- The CRM Data Steward is responsible for managing the data we have in our CRM database regarding our partners and business contacts, to ensure the database is always up to date.

This is important to ensure that the right people are invited to our events and that our partners can access the right information.- What you will doManage the contact list per partner or prospect in communication with the Business Development Managers and Partnership Managers to ensure it always reflects the actual situation.


  • Systematically process company renamings, mergers and acquisitions in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database.
  • Manage the access to information for all our partners, in communication with the Business Development Managers and the Technical Leads.
  • Maintain a database of public partners and logos, in cooperation with our corporate marketing department.
  • Perform structural actions in CRM to optimize data quality for accounts and business contacts, such as deduplication.
  • Set up a process to enter contacts in a structured way to prevent data quality issues.

Who you are

  • You have at least a bachelor's degree in data management, ICT or you have acquired this expertise through experience with databases.
  • You enjoy working with data and are not afraid of large databases.
  • You like to communicate with different stakeholders to get hold of the information you need to perform the data management actions.
  • In that respect, you have good communication skills with excellent knowledge of English.
  • You are a team player but are also able to work autonomously and take initiative.
  • You have experience with Microsoft office (Outlook/Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Teams). Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Sharepoint and OneDrive are considered a plus.
