Are you seeking a fresh professional opportunity and a new adventure in an administrative role? Our client in Leuven is in search of an Allround Administrative Officer.

Your responsibilities:
  • You will oversee company fleet requirements
  • You will arrange travel details (accommodations and flights)
  • You will work closely with the finance department
  • You will support the reception when needed
  • You will handle office management tasks
  • You will assist the company in various administrative duties
Profile:
  • You hold a Bachelor's Degree or possess equivalent experience
  • You have at least 1 relevant past role as an Administrative Officer/Assistant
  • Prior experience with fleet and travel management is advantageous
  • You demonstrate a solid grasp of business systems like Google Cloud, MS Office, ERP's/CRM's, etc.
  • You possess strong communication skills and fluency in Dutch and English
  • You are highly organized, adept at managing priorities, and meeting deadlines
  • You are adaptable and willing to handle varied tasks as required by the business
