FUNCTIEOMSCHRIJVING

Als office manager bij JDB Haarden en interieur ben jij de drijvende kracht achter onze administratie en naservice. Jouw rol is van cruciaal belang, want je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verlenen van hoogwaardige naservice aan onze klanten, evenals het beheren van administratieve taken, waaronder de boekhouding. Je zal nauw samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat onze klanten de beste ervaring krijgen, zelfs na hun haard
- en/of interieurinstallatie.

**Daarnaast omvatten jouw verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Verwerken van administratieve taken, waaronder facturatie en boekhouding.
- Verwerken van naserviceverzoeken van klanten, inclusief het plannen van servicebezoeken en bijhorende bestellingen. Hierbij zorg je voor een positieve klantervaring tijdens het naserviceproces.
- Beheren van HR-gerelateerde taken, waaronder werving en selectie, onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers, personeelsadministratie en het faciliteren van trainingen en ontwikkelingsprogramma's.
- Organiseren van evenementen, zoals verjaardagsfeestjes, teambuildings,...
- Daarnaast heb je een actieve rol in het stimuleren van de groei van JDB Haarden en interieur en ben je niet bang om bestaande situaties in twijfel te trekken. Bovendien draag je bij aan de vormgeving van de toekomst van ons bedrijf en onze branche door te experimenteren en nieuwe ideeën te omarmen.

FUNCTIEVEREISTEN

Om succesvol te zijn in deze uitdagende rol, vragen wij het volgende van jou:

- Uitstekende kennis van boekhouding en ervaring met boekhoudsoftware is een pluspunt, bij voorkeur Exact Online.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Basiskennis van HR-processen en-procedures is een pluspunt.
- Proactieve, gedreven, oplossingsgerichte en zelfstandige werkmentaliteit.
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; kennis van Engels en Frans is een pluspunt.
- Klantgericht met een passie voor het leveren van uitstekende service.
- Goede organisatorische vaardigheden en oog voor detail.
