Your profile

  • Higher education in engineering, preferably electrical engineering
  • Minimum 8 years' experience within Project Management in Subsea or Oil & Gas domain and with good track record
  • Fluent communication in English, both written and oral. Competence in one of the Scandinavian languages is beneficial
  • Certification according to IPMA level B
  • Senior Project Manager, or similar, is considered advantageous

Your responsibilities


We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead exciting but complex global projects that provide the oil and gas industry with innovative technologies and solutions.

Internal projects to further develop our product offerings are also in the scope of the position.

As Senior Project Manager you will be leading international multidisciplinary project teams, on several continents, requiring some travel. The projects will consist of engineering, procurement, manufacturing, delivery, installation and commissioning.

With international customers and multicultural project teams, we expect you to be an excellent communicator and -team player, with the ambition to create satisfied customers, while delivering excellent results.

In addition to being the leader of the whole project team, you must be prepared to take on the following responsibilities:

  • Participation in sales projects / bid preparations and contract negotiations
  • Executing delivery projects according to contract and target agreements
  • Requirement and deliverables follow up
  • Communication and collaboration management
  • Follow up of risks and opportunities
  • Time and cost management
  • Manage procurement and logistics within scope of work
  • Overall responsible for project Quality and HSSE requirements
  • Plan and deliver required project documentation
  • Execute lessons learned process for projects
  • Achieve financial targets
