Onze focus ligt op het leveren van Modern Luxury en een uitzonderlijke service vanaf het moment dat onze klanten binnenkomen, een oprechte en vriendelijke verwelkoming van elke klant waarbij een sfeer van gastvrijheid heerst. Geen enkele klant wordt aan zijn/haar lot overgelaten. Actieve begeleiding en doorverwijzing naar de juiste persoon of locatie aan de hand van fysiek onthaal, inkomende oproepen en online aanvragen. Je doet een eerste behoefte stelling, besteed aandacht aan wachtende klanten om hen een comfortabele ervaring te bieden. Je neemt nog andere initiatieven om de klantentevredenheid te optimaliseren op basis van klanten enquêtes. Bijkomend heb je ook administratieve verantwoordelijkheden zoals het organiseren van de postverdeling, bijhouden en actualiseren van klantgegevens voor toekomstige op maat gemaakt initiatieven, correct invoeren van leads in het systeem en ondersteuning bieden bij de registratie van testritten. Ten slotte ben je verantwoordelijk voor de orde en netheid van de showroom en wachtruimtes.
