Toute l’équipe de Flora, notre corporate start-up, est impatiente de vous accueillir Chez nous, vous aurez la chance de vous plonger dans l’univers de l’expérience client et de l'assurance. Flora incarne le projet ambitieux d'Ethias : devenir un assureur 100% digital sur le marché belge. Vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans l'accompagnement de nos clients tout au long de leur expérience avec Flora ; de la conclusion des contrats à la gestion des sinistres. Vous assisterez nos clients par e-mail, chat et téléphone afin de leur apporter les meilleures solutions. Vous serez le représentant interne attitré de nos clients. Vous regrouperez leurs remarques et leurs idées pour assurer l'amélioration continue de nos produits, de nos services et de notre plateforme. Plus précisément, vous vous concentrerez sur tout ce qui a trait à l'assurance locataire et à l'assurance familiale.
Cette équipe dynamique vous apportera tout le soutien nécessaire pour que vous puissiez vous développer dans le monde de l'assurance, mais aussi affiner vos compétences. Case management, claim management, coordination des actions avec les parties externes : votre expertise et votre empathie sont essentielles.
Vous mettez votre créativité et votre capacité à trouver des solutions au profit de la croissance de Flora et de sa capacité à innover. Vous nous aiderez à mettre en œuvre la transformation digitale d'Ethias au profit de nos clients.
