As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for promoting and developing sales linked to your product range, while ensuring that the defined sales strategy is applied. At all times, you are responsible for monitoring the competition to develop the best sales arguments and keep the company informed of market developments.**Responsibilities**:

- You are in charge of negotiating and closing sales.
- You constantly promote the company’s products and services and seek out short, medium and long-term sales opportunities.
- You update and document the customer prospecting book. You prioritize and target your prospects.
- You create and maintain a close relationship with your customers, using all the modern communication tools at your disposal.
- You actively participate in the development and updating of sales support material. You ensure the availability of this material.
- You are familiar with the competition, while skilfully arguing and actively listening to customers.
- You analyze sales results to optimize figures and take appropriate action.
- You monitor the various stages of the sales process: Order, delivery, invoicing, complaints, solicitations.
- You actively participate in all commercial and scientific events to develop new business opportunities (trade fairs, conferences, exhibitions, etc.).
- You communicate constantly with your manager and the company on customer feedback, helping to identify solutions to be implemented.
- You constantly develop your professional network, using all existing solutions relevant to your business.
- You manage relations with distributors in line with the Business Unit’s strategy.

Profile
- You have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business.
- You have credible sales experience. Experience in the hospital sector is an asset.
- You have a strong interest in healthcare.
- You are bilingual in French and English.
- You have an excellent ability to work in a team and share best practices.
- Able to establish a commercial strategy
- You are a seasoned salesperson and negotiator.
- You are autonomous and flexible.
- You are able to travel extensively.
- You have excellent listening and analytical skills.
- You are able to identify and understand customer needs.
- You have a good command of MS Office.
