Product Manager

As Product Manager, you are responsible for all the resources deployed to market products and services in the target markets. You are responsible for the product(s) life cycle, the analysis of target markets and the definition and execution of marketing plans. You interact with various external (Key Opinion Leader,) and internal company players.**Responsibilities**:
- You collect, analyze and communicate internally market needs (key players, competition, dynamics and development trends) and their implications for the company’s products.
- Together with the Business Unit manager, you will define and communicate the vision (strategic roadmap) for future developments or evolutions of products (life cycle) / services, adapted to market needs (market fit) and to the company’s capacities/skills (R&D, operations).
- You work closely with the Product Owners to establish development priorities.
- You assess market size and share. You carry out competitive and technological intelligence.
- Identify opportunities for company growth through new products, new markets or new partnerships.
- You position new products, plan their launch, and ensure proper execution with marketing (promotion) and Business Developers.
- You convert product-related regulatory requirements into information for market access strategies.
- You ensure the profitability of existing products and define their selling price.
- You contribute to sales planning and sales forecasts (business reviews).
- You promote communication and alignment with stakeholders (Operations, R&D Sales, Services, Finance, Regulatory).
- You take part in establishing the communication strategy with marketing.
- You are responsible for technical and commercial documents relating to products and services. You ensure their availability and distribution.
- You translate technical product specifications into sales messages.
- Train Business Developers in new products and functionalities. Support Business Developers as an expert in technical discussions with customers.
Profile
- You have a Master’s degree in science or engineering.
- You have solid experience in Product Management.
- You have experience in the hospital sector.
- You have a good command of analytical tools.
- You are fluent in English.
- You are customer-oriented and resourceful.
- You are results-oriented and perseverant.
- You have the ability to take stock and synthesize.
- You are a Team Player, proactive, curious and passionate.
- You are an excellent communicator.
