ABOUT CERHUM
Cerhum is a rapidly growing medtech start-up based in Liège. Cerhum developed a new generation of patient-specific, 3D-printed, biomaterial bone grafts, and we are on a mission to redefine the standard of care in bone grafting and patient-specific implants. Our solution ‘MyBone’ is registered as a class 2b medical device under the MDR. Cerhum has already performed more than 100 surgeries on human patients. We are a team of 10 passionate, highly driven individuals, including 2 PhDs, previous experience in leading life science companies, 5 different nationalities and (native) languages.
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our Liège office.
2 RESPONSIBILITIES
- develop the sales strategy, working with the technical sales team and the CEO
- develop and lead the sales function, being responsible for the full sales cycle from lead to
closing, working with clinical engineers for technical sales support and the preparation of
quotes and offers
- ensure a diligent follow-up of leads (KAM)
- build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions
- work jointly with our marketing agency to drive marketing content and initiatives that support sales
- continuously deepen your understanding of unmet needs to optimize sales
- develop and lead a team of sales representatives (SDR) and sales managers, develop the
sales playbook and sales processes and reporting tools; manage our first distributors
3 REQUIREMENTS
- currently working as a sales manager/director for a medtech or biotech startup or scale-up
- meaningful experience with SDR/lead generation and insight sales
- strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- fluent in English and German or French; working proficiency in any other European language considered a strong plus
- business, bioengineering or medical master degree, with minimum 3 to 5 years professional experience
- passionate about making a positive impact in the world of healthcare and improving patient outcomes through innovative solutions
