As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for an **Experience Manager** to join its Experience team to bridge the gap between Operations and Technology, ensuring that our company's vision is effectively translated into customer-centric solutions.

As an **Experience Manager**, you will be part of the Co-Management at a cluster level and your insights and strategies will be instrumental in shaping our products, ensuring they not only meet but exceed customer expectations.

**YOUR ROLE**
- Act as a vital link between Operations and Technology, translating operational insights into technical requirements for development.
- Lead strategic efforts in your domain, focusing on customer-centric solutions.
- Guarantee accurate translation of operational needs into detailed requirements for development and monitoring.
- Serve as a liaison between operational and technical teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Build strong business cases for initiatives, ensuring they align with the company's long-term vision.
- Participate in coordinating the Road Map for specific clusters, balancing operational requirements with technical capabilities.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the gambling industry.
- Proficiency in aligning day-to-day activities with organizational goals.
- Strong understanding of the business gambling environment.
- Effective communication skills across various organizational levels.
- Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- English language proficiency at a minimum C1 level.
- Technical proficiency in Office, Miro, Jira, Confluence.
