Reporting Analyst

**Als Reporting Analyst maak je deel uit van een dynamisch team dat zich focust op analyse en rapportering voor Fine Food binnen Colruyt Group. Jouw bijdrage speelt een belangrijke rol bij besluitvormingsprocessen en het bevorderen van de groei van het bedrijf.**
**Jouw takenpakket als reporting analyst**:
Je **verzamelt, analyseert en interpreteert** gegevens om bruikbare inzichten en trends te identificeren.
Als rapporteringsanalist assisteer je bij het **opstellen van rapporten en presentaties** op basis van verzamelde gegevens.
Je werkt nauw samen met het team om **gegevensgestuurde oplossingen** te ontwikkelen en te implementeren.
Je draagt actief bij aan de **continue verbetering van dataverzamelings
- en analyseprocessen**.
Je **werkt samen met verschillende interne stakeholders** om de noden van het bedrijf te begrijpen en te vertalen naar bruikbare analyses.
Je **waakt over de datakwaliteit** binnen de verschillende systemen aan de hand van rapporteringen.
Je werkt in Halle en kunt tot 2 dagen per week thuiswerken of in een van onze regionale kantoren (Mechelen, Haasrode, Zwijnaarde,...).
**Profiel**:
**Ervaring** - Je hebt minstens een bachelordiploma in een relevante studierichting zoals Data Science, Statistiek, Wiskunde of je bent analytisch. Je hebt ervaring met het werken in complexe spreadsheets in Excel en Power BI. Basiskennis van SAP is een pluspunt.
**Analytisch vermogen** - Je bent analytisch en kunt complexe informatie vertalen naar begrijpelijke inzichten zonder de details uit het oog te verliezen.
**Talenkennis** - Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kunt informatie vlot overbrengen aan je collega¿s en stakeholders. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
**Teamplayer** - Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team, je haalt energie uit samenwerken om de beste resultaten te halen.
**Initiatief - **Je bent gedreven en pakt je werk zelf vast om op een efficiënte manier je doel te bereiken. Zie je dat iets beter kan? Dan ga je daar mee aan de slag.
